With one phone call and some detailed information about your unique goals and expectations, you can have a hand-picked team of professional staff arrive at your door — on time, in uniform, with the proper training and preparation to meet your temporary or permanent staffing needs.
Our employee application process includes written testing, oral interviews and a 3-hour custom training course called the Acrobat Academy. The training covers all areas of event set-up, fine and casual dining and many other areas of hospitality, restaurant, and catering services. We also provide our employees with TiPS, ServSafe, LEAD and other food service certifications training. We process background checks and provide references upon request. We also consistently maintain each of our 3,000+ active staff member’s profile and field performance based on client feedback from previous jobs.
