How do I place an order?
Call us at 1-415-431-8826 or directly with one of our other office locations nearest you. We will ask you for the who, what, when, where, how many and how you want them dressed—then from there we’ll match your job with our employees. The day before your event we will email or fax you a timesheet with the names of the scheduled employees. It’s that easy!
How far ahead do I need to call?
We love advance notice, but if you have the order, we have the people regardless of when you call. If it is an order that needs our attention outside of our office hours we can be reached anytime on our emergency line at 1-415-431-8826 ext. 2207.
Who handles all the employment paperwork?
We do! We verify all Social Security numbers for work eligibility and CIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) clearance, and we provide multi-state criminal record checks when requested. Every employee is covered on our insurance which includes workers compensation and general liability. We also issue written tests for bartenders, wait staff, cashiers and cooks.
How often will I be invoiced?
Simply fax over your time sheet after each event or at the end of every week and we send you an invoice to follow. For your convenience we also accept Visa® and MasterCard®.
What if the employee doesn’t show up?
If an employee pulls a “no call-no show,” we won’t send them on another job. If you fear they aren’t showing, please call our emergency line at 1-415-431-8826 ext. 2207. We’ll do our best to send someone immediately.
What if the employee isn’t the right match?
If for any reason the employee doesn’t feel like the right match—our Acrobat Guarantee promises that we’ll replace the person and give you the first two hours free.
